The buyer is considered as a market leader within Europe. This transactions is a milestone in the one hundred years old history of the Swiss company. A Swiss technology enterprise expands to Asia and enters into a joint venture in Hong Kong which entails both research and development as well as production. BHP represents the Swiss technology enterprise in this transaction and assists in the drafting and implementation of the agreements.
